• Monitoring of workers health and conditions at the workplace.
• Maintenance of any accommodation owned or under their management and control to ensure the health and safety of workers occupying the premises.
• Complying with applicable legal and other requirements.
• Eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks.
• Continual improvement of the health and safety management system.
• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining a health and safety management system to promote health and safety within the workplace and to prevent workplace injury and illness.
• Establishing measurable health and safety objectives and targets to ensure continued improvement.
• Effectively consulting with workers and encouraging participation.
• Ensuring that health and safety matters are effectively communicated to workers.

Note: "Health" is defined in the model WHS Act as both physical and psychological health. As part of its primary duty a PCBU (Glask Construction Pty Ltd) must manage the risksto a worker's psychological health, so far as is reasonably practicable. Management will ensure that set health and safety objectives are monitored and reviewed regularly demonstrating our ongoing commitment health and safety.

All workers must comply with the health and safety management requirements and understand their role in health and safety management.
